Hi, I am Rahul, I am the Nutritionist and Health Coach behind Gradually Holistic

What I can tell you is that I have an endless passion for learning about nutrition and its impact on mental health, muscles, stress levels and so much more.


The one thing I love more than learning is sharing my knowledge with others.

I remember a few years ago when I was still doing my bachelor's in commerce, I came to the realization that I did not see a future in this field, I was doing it just for the sake of having a degree which I did complete, however, I did not have a single ounce of passion or motivation to pursue a career in commerce. 

So I decided to do some self digging while I was at the end of my bachelor's course and that is when I discovered my untapped curiosity for health and nutrition.

I have always been living an active lifestyle since the age of 16, like many guys at that age I joined the gym as well but I remained consistent with it, And slowly over the years I noticed, we are living in a world where we get fed a barrage of information regarding our health.


Whether the XYZ diet is good or bad, should we eat carbs? Should we go on a detox diet, should we go no sugar? What should we avoid to get six packs?  the list of questions are endless. 

Wherever I saw, I noticed different answers for the same questions, It created tons of confusion in my mind and made me wonder whom I should believe in and what is true.

Which is partly what led me on my path of becoming a Nutritionist and the creation of this space so I can answer all those burning questions for someone else based on science-based evidence.

Why "Gradually Holistic"?

I believe in Holistic health, which basically means if we want to lose weight, reverse a disease or to achieve any of our health goals, we can't go on restrictive diets or rely on medications or certain foods to do wonders, The change has to be "Whole" in a way where we must improve all aspects of our lives and to do that it needs to be done in a gradual manner.


We must not expect results in weeks, it can take months or even years depending on people.  So to lead a holistic lifestyle, it will take time Hence the name Gradually Holistic. 

I created this space with the sole purpose of helping people achieve their lifestyle goals and also to share authentic information about Diseases, Diets, Mental health. So that people like me out there who crave for scientific and truthful information can rely on this space.
